Josh ensures the success of Double Up Food Bucks, with experience in global food systems. He enjoys hiking, camping, gardening, and watching nature documentaries with his kids.

Angela Janiszewski

Finance Manager

Angela, a passionate Buffalo Bills fan, supports Field & Fork’s financial operations. She loves cheering for Buffalo sports teams, attending summer concerts, and exploring new foods while traveling.

Jake Kowal

Double Up Food Bucks Program Manager

Jake manages the expansion of Double Up Food Bucks to grocery stores across NY. He enjoys biking, hiking, pottery, and cooking with his partner, Vivian, and their cat, Ralph, in Buffalo.

Chloe Cabrera

Double Up Food Bucks Program Coordinator

Chloe, with a background in food systems and public health, is passionate about food justice and plant-based diets. She enjoys hiking, drawing, exploring markets, and searching for vegan treats.

Laura Hill Rao

With 20+ years of experience, Laura has led community partnerships, developed experiential learning programs, and taught environmental education. She enjoys camping, hiking, and time with her family in Buffalo.
