Communications & Digital Content Coordinator
Marcie Baranich is the Communications & Digital Content Coordinator for Field & Fork Network, in which she is responsible for developing and executing the digital marketing and communications strategy across the Network’s social media channels, email, and websites.
Marcie has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business & Marketing from the University of Maryland, and more than 15 years of progressive experience in strategic digital marketing planning that includes social media, email, web marketing, and digital product development. With multiple certifications in nutrition and wellness consulting, she has a niche spectrum of knowledge that allows her to integrate her marketing background uniquely within the realm of food and nutrition. Through her passion for nutrition, she launched her own nutrition coaching brand where she advocates to shop local and make healthy plant-powered food front and center at the dinner table.
Born and raised in a small town in Western New York, Marcie understands the agricultural landscape and opportunity that exists in our communities. She is passionate about improving food access in areas where there is currently little access and educating people about the power of whole, plant-powered foods. She has lived in Niagara County for more than ten years with her husband and two children, two cats and a dog. Outside of her work, she loves to cook, spend time outdoors, play the piano, read books and she never stops learning about the power of food and nutrition.
